1. What Duanvietnam is

duanvietnam.com is a ward-by-ward directory and review site for Vietnam. You browse local rankings, read and write reviews, then contact the provider directly by phone, Zalo or a booking link. Duanvietnam compiles published project information and, with the customer’s consent, connects buyers with sales teams. Duanvietnam is not the developer or the seller and never takes deposits of any kind. Legal, progress and price information is for reference only; check the original documents and the competent authority before signing or paying.

2. Reviews and the USDXU Independent Score

One Google account may post one review per place. Reviews with an on-site photo or a receipt are checked and then marked “Verified”. The USDXU score (0–100) combines the average star rating, the number of verified reviews, how recent reviews are and how quickly the owner replies. Places with fewer than five reviews show no score. Owners cannot edit or delete reviews; they can only reply publicly. We never publish sample or made-up reviews.

3. Contributor points

Verified contributions (a review with a photo or receipt, a new place, a confirmed wrong-number report) earn points in your account. Any review that earned points is labelled as such. Points recognise your contribution to the community; they are not money and carry no promise of conversion.

4. Sponsored placements and booking links

Top-of-ward placements are paid, always labelled “Sponsored” and kept apart from the ranking. Payment never raises a USDXU score or removes a review. Some booking buttons lead to partner sites; prices and conditions are set by the partner at the time of booking.

5. Listing information

Listings come from open data, from owners and from users. Imported listings are labelled “Unverified” and carry a “Report wrong number” button. Owners who claim a page are responsible for what they publish. Please double-check anything important before you pay.

6. Content rules

No false statements, abuse, disguised advertising or other people’s personal data. We may hide content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. Change of ownership

This website may change owner. If it does, users are told in advance on the site and by email, and can delete their account and personal data before the transfer date.
