Privacy policy

What we store

When you sign in with Google and tick the consent box, we store three things only: your display name, your Gmail address and your profile picture, plus the time you consented. We never receive your Google password.

What it is used for

To show your name and picture next to your reviews, to record contributor points, and to send price alerts or reminders if you opted in. Your Gmail address is never shown publicly.

Location

“Near me” uses your position only at the moment you tap it, to find the nearest ward. It is not stored.

Statistics

Visits and button taps are kept as daily totals only and are not linked to individuals.

No selling of data

We do not sell or trade your personal data.

Your rights

You can change your email preference or delete your account at any time on the Account page. Deleting removes your name, Gmail address, picture and reviews.

Providers’ phone numbers

A phone number is shown only when the provider registered it, or when it is already public on a sign or business page. Providers can ask for removal with the “Report wrong number” button.
