Requirements and rules
- Under Vietnamese law, an individual broker must hold a practising certificate and work within a licensed real-estate services company. The form requires both.

- The agent spot is paid, always labelled “Sponsored” and never changes the independent usdxu score.
- You only receive numbers that customers typed in themselves with consent. One customer is passed to at most three agents. Never take deposits on the developer’s behalf.
